Purchase of maintenance and repair services for small equipment and spare parts

The bidder must confirm that none of the exclusion grounds under Section 95(1)(1)–(5) of the Estonian Public Procurement Act apply. This means, among other things, that no member of the bidder’s management or representative body may have been convicted of offences related to participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorism, money laundering, human trafficking or illegal use of child labour. The bidder must also have no tax, environmental charge, social security or other public-law payment arrears, and the award of the contract must not breach any international sanctions or sanctions imposed by the Government of Estonia.

The bidder or joint bidder and/or its subcontractor must have completed at least 1 contract similar to the subject of the procurement during the last 36 months before the start of the procurement. A list of similar contracts must be submitted, including their value, dates and the other contracting parties, using the form ‘List of contracts’. In addition, a completed price form in Excel must be submitted, and the bidder must confirm that the tender complies with the tender documents and that it agrees to conclude the contract without fixed quantities.
