Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that neither it nor its persons with management or representation rights have been finally convicted in the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences or other exclusion grounds named in the tender documents. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. The exact exclusion grounds and any additional conditions must be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bid must comply with the technical specification. The bidder must provide data and a description of the offered food serving line equipment using the form “Technical specification with form” and, where necessary, add delivery time, warranty, manufacturer specifications, data sheets, pictures or other additional information. The bid must confirm compliance with all conditions set out in the procurement documents, and the price must be submitted according to the required structure. If the bid is a joint bid, a power of attorney from the joint bidders must be attached. The bidder must also provide the names and personal identification codes of the company’s authorised persons, or confirm that no such persons exist. Goods that are subject to international sanctions or originate from sanctioned regions are not allowed. The machine-readable notice did not include precise qualification or suitability criteria; these must be checked in the tender documents.
