Framework agreement for temporary staffing in the agile organisation

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement with up to 6 contractors per lot for the provision of qualified external staff under temporary agency work rules. The support is intended mainly for the agile IT organisation of Toll Collect. The framework agreement is meant to cover short-term capacity and skills gaps flexibly and on demand, so that internal teams can be supplemented and ongoing agile work can continue. The services do not include pure management consulting, legal or business consulting, or commercial roles outside Toll Collect's agile process organisation.
