Cable TV and broadband services for properties of Kankaanpään Asunnonhankinta Oy from 1 October 2026

Summary

The tender concerns cable TV and broadband services for all properties managed by Kankaanpään Asunnonhankinta Oy. The service is to be delivered primarily via the fibre connection installed by the regional network to the housing company’s distribution room and then through the company’s internal network to the apartments. The monthly cable TV fee must include more than 15 free basic channels, including Finland’s freely receivable national TV channels in HD. Residents may separately subscribe to pay-TV packages, and they are responsible for obtaining the required set-top box themselves. The broadband monthly fee must include the same cable TV service.
