Legal advisory services for the Pensions Authority

Summary

The Pensions Authority is seeking tenders to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for legal advisory services in pensions law, trust law, public administrative law, regulatory law and tax law related to pensions. The services include legal assistance and advice on general pension matters, EU law obligations including IORP II and III, implementation of EU legislation, pensions reform, and other legal matters affecting the authority’s operations as a public sector organisation. The framework is expected to start in December 2026.
