Tenancy Sustainment Services / Housing Support Services

Summary

The tender concerns tenancy sustainment services and housing support services for the Northern and Southern Divisions of Cork County Council. The service is intended to support households that are homeless or at risk of homelessness so they can occupy, or continue to occupy, their accommodation and move towards independent sustainable living. Project workers will carry out home visits, support households and help them access mainstream services without duplicating or replacing other relevant services.
