Social welfare and child protection support services

Summary

The tender concerns Kainuu Wellbeing Services County’s open-care support services under the Social Welfare Act and the Child Protection Act for the period 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The procurement is divided into two lots: home help for families with children and professional support person services. Tenders may be submitted by lot. Up to three service providers will be selected for each lot under the framework agreement, from among the accepted tenders. The service must be provided throughout the contract period, and the contracting authority may also use 1+1 year options for 2029 and 2030.
