Call for market dialogue - Purchase of early childhood education and pre-primary education places from 1 August 2027

Summary

This is a call for market dialogue, not yet a procurement procedure. Pargas City is planning to procure early childhood education and pre-primary education services from 1 August 2027 for about 100–120 places. The services must be provided in Swedish and Finnish in the service provider’s own premises. The procurement is planned to be divided into two lots, and partial bids are allowed. Participation in the market dialogue is voluntary and no compensation will be paid.
