Summary

This tender concerns electrical and telecommunications works, lighting programming and medical area measurement services for HUS hospitals and other sites. The scope includes installation, modification, expansion and maintenance of telecommunications systems, low- and high-voltage systems, switchgear, lighting control programming, and measurement, testing and maintenance tasks for medical electrical spaces. The procurement is divided into 14 lots, and a bidder may submit a tender for one or more lots. The framework agreement runs for 2 years and includes one 2-year option. For purchases above the national threshold, a mini-competition is always used; for purchases below the threshold, the contracting authority may order directly or use a mini-competition. The contracting authority does not commit to specific order volumes.
