Summary
The tender concerns design services for Satasairaala investment and maintenance projects for various specialist healthcare buildings and building-technology sites. The client will define the final content, scope and schedule when each assignment starts. This is a framework agreement with an estimated annual value of EUR 1.5–2 million excluding VAT and a maximum value of EUR 12 million excluding VAT.
