Maintenance, repair and contracting of security and locking systems for the University of Helsinki properties

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance, repair and contracting works for security and locking systems in the University of Helsinki properties. The contracting authority is looking for partners for two lots: security systems and locking systems. The scope includes access control, video surveillance, intrusion alarm, door intercoms, mechanical and electromechanical locking, and related equipment. A bidder may submit an offer for one or both lots. Up to three suppliers will be selected for each lot, and the framework agreement does not oblige the contracting authority to place orders in any fixed volume. Larger works will be subject to mini-competition where needed. The planned start date is 17 October 2026.
