Procurement of EMBA leadership training study places, framework agreement

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of EMBA leadership training study places for the City of Helsinki through a framework agreement. One supplier will be selected, and individual study places will be purchased for a small group in the supplier’s existing training programme. The programme must cover at least 80 ECTS credits, last about two years, and include up to four participant groups. The first group is intended to start at the turn of 2026–2027, with later groups starting once a year by agreement. The maximum contract value is EUR 1,600,000 excluding VAT.
