Construction of water services in the Ristola area of Kepola, phase 1, 2026, Säkylä

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a pressure sewer and main water pipeline in the Ristola area of Kepola, as well as the replacement of pipelines near the excavation line. One wastewater pumping station will be installed north of Siniveräjäntie. The work must be completed by 11 December 2026, and the bid price must be submitted excluding VAT. Price is the only award criterion. The timing and execution of the excavation works must be coordinated with the conditions presented by the landowners, i.e. farmers. The contract is subject to the YSE 1998 contract terms.
