Maintenance supervision services

Summary

The tender concerns supervision services for maintenance projects of Oulu Tilapalvelut, the City of Oulu’s property services enterprise. The assignment covers supervision of construction works, electrical works and HVAC systems, tasks of a safety coordinator, moisture control coordinator and cleanliness control coordinator, and services of a building health expert. The procurement is divided into five lots, and the bidder may submit an offer for one, several or all lots. This is a framework agreement under which assignments are ordered as needed, mainly during school and daycare holiday periods.
