The tender concerns the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for primary healthcare aids. In the first stage, the bidder must submit a participation application and be accepted into the system; only then can it take part in internal competitions. The procurement is divided into nine parts and covers aids, related supplies and services. The estimated value is EUR 15 million excluding VAT for four years.
