Expansion and alteration works for the central kitchen of Seinäjoki Central Hospital, PU contract

Summary

The tender concerns the expansion and alteration of the central kitchen at Seinäjoki Central Hospital in building section K. The future premises will include a cold-preparation kitchen and office and break rooms for kitchen staff, together with the necessary ancillary spaces. This is a divided construction contract: the construction contractor acts as the main contractor on site, and building services works are carried out as subordinate subcontracts to the main contract. The works must be carried out under the high cleanliness, hygiene, durability and logistical order requirements typical of hospital construction. All documentation must be submitted in Finnish.
