Maintenance service for ceiling patient lifts

Summary

Keski-Suomi Wellbeing Services is preparing a procurement for the maintenance service of ceiling-mounted patient lifts. The aim is to gather market information on how companies could provide comprehensive technical maintenance for all of the approximately 110 lifts. This is only an information request and market consultation, not a call for bids. The planned contract is due to start on 1 January 2027, run for a fixed term of 24 months and then continue indefinitely. The notice does not set out precise participation or qualification requirements; these will be specified in the later contract notice and tender documents.
