Framework agreement for property automation works 2027–2028

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance, repair, renewal and construction works for building automation systems in public buildings and properties maintained by the City of Helsinki. The procurement is divided into 8 lots by system type: DEOS, Drive, Fidelix, Trend, Honeywell, Ouman, Schneider and Siemens. In each lot, 1–2 contract suppliers will be selected and assignments will be ordered on the basis of the most economically advantageous offer.
