Property maintenance and repair services

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for property maintenance and repair services for the City of Hämeenlinna. The work is divided into six lots: hourly construction works for smaller companies, hourly HVAC works, electrical works, ventilation system cleaning and adjustment, plumbing and HVAC works, and hourly construction works for larger companies. The bidder should note that 4–8 partners will be selected for each lot, some lots have minimum staffing requirements, and in lot 1 a bidder with too many resources may be excluded. Award criteria are partly price-based and partly quality-based depending on the lot.
