Annual maintenance and alarm service for lifts and lifting equipment for 2027–2030

Summary

The tender concerns annual maintenance, periodic inspections and alarm centre services for Espoon seurakuntayhtymä’s lifts and lifting equipment for 2027–2030. The bidder must carry out two maintenance visits per year for each device, arrange the required periodic inspections for each device and provide assistance during the inspections. The price must include all costs of providing the service, including the first two working hours of each visit; any time beyond that is charged at the hourly rate stated in the bid. Travel costs, mileage, travel time, daily allowances, meal, accommodation and other similar extra costs are not separately payable.
