Household and institutional appliance maintenance and repair services

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of maintenance and repair services for household and institutional appliances, mainly in the Lappeenranta area on weekdays between 7:00 and 16:00, and also in other municipalities in South Karelia when needed. The procurement is divided into two lots: household appliance maintenance and repair services, and institutional appliance maintenance and repair services. Examples of covered appliances include refrigerators, cookers, dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers and drying cabinets. The contract does not cover maintenance or repairs of kitchen equipment or cleaning equipment, nor warranty repairs. The bidder must state in its tender which appliance brands it can service. Up to two framework contractors will be selected for each lot, and the contract may be extended by up to two option years.
