Extension and renovation of Pornaisten comprehensive school

Summary

The tender concerns the demolition of the old lower secondary school building, technical work facilities and pre-school premises in the municipality of Pornainen, and the construction of a new two-storey school centre in their place. It also includes the comprehensive renovation and layout changes of Kirveskoski School on the same plot, as well as renewal of the yard areas and yard structures. The works also cover demolition, building, electrical, fixed furniture, outdoor area, earthworks and HVAC works. The contract will be carried out as a design-and-build contract, where the contractor is responsible for both design and construction and must take into account that teaching activities will continue on the site during the works.
