Replacement of domestic water pipes, Riihipellontie 10 (buildings A, B and C)

Summary

The tender concerns the replacement of domestic water pipes in three residential row houses at Riihipellontie 10 in Saarijärvi. The contract is offered as a turnkey contract and includes supply and installation of the systems, working drawings, equipment cards, Finnish-language maintenance instructions and documentation. The works must be handed over fully ready for use, and the contract also includes building and electrical engineering works. The contract is subject to the general contract conditions (YSE 1998) and will be carried out in 2026.
