The tender concerns a possible future procurement of SBM platform maintenance, development and expert services by Kymenlaakson hyvinvointialue. At this stage, only a technical market dialogue is being carried out to map market solutions, service models, preliminary competence requirements and pricing principles. No binding tender or price is requested yet. Participation does not give or remove any advantage in a later possible internal competition under the DPS. Responses must be submitted in the Excel form, keeping its structure unchanged.
