Repair works for the roof of Espoo Cultural Centre

Summary

The tender concerns repair works to the bitumen-covered flat roof of Espoo Cultural Centre, covering about 3,500 m². The works also include renewal of roof accessories, building services equipment on the roof, flashing and waterproofing, as well as correction of the slopes of the eaves and the bases of HVAC equipment. The contract is a main contract for construction works, and the selected bidder will act as the main contractor and the principal executor. Attendance at a mandatory site visit is required before submitting a tender, and failure to attend will lead to rejection.
