Framework agreement for property construction services

Summary

This tender concerns a framework agreement for construction and property services for the City of Kokkola. The procurement is divided into three lots: construction works, electrical works and HVAC works. Up to 5 contractors may be selected under the framework agreement, which will run for 24 months with two possible 12-month option periods. Tenders will be evaluated by lot on the basis of the weighted average of hourly rates and the markup percentage.
