Cleaning of the state border strip along the internal border (4 years)

Summary

This is a services tender for cleaning the Latvian state border strip along the borders with Estonia and Lithuania. The contract is divided into eight lots, and a bidder may submit an offer for one or more lots. The work is performed on request during a period of up to 48 months or until the lot budget is used up, whichever comes first. The bidder must submit the offer electronically in the EIS system, in Latvian, with the required application, qualification documents, and a separate technical and financial offer for each lot. The tender is awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender that meets the tender requirements in each lot.
