Implementation of smart municipal solutions in Aizkraukle, Bauska and Jelgava

Summary

The tender concerns the development and implementation of a smart municipal solution for Aizkraukle, Bauska and Jelgava. The scope includes development of a smart management platform, AI forecasting or integration, supply and installation of heating equipment, module training, system maintenance and warranty support, and, where needed, purchase and maintenance of standard software licences. The contract is not divided into lots and the bid must cover the full scope. The candidate must be registered in accordance with the legal requirements of its country, and a foreign bidder must provide proof of registration or a reference to a public register. The bid must be submitted electronically through EIS, in Latvian, with translations and authorisations where required.
