Maintenance and repair of ventilation and cooling equipment

Summary

The tender concerns technical maintenance and repair of ventilation and cooling equipment in buildings managed by SIA “Rīgas nami”: educational, cultural and sports institutions, social and residential buildings, commercial buildings and event venues. The contractor must use its own tools and materials and follow the manufacturers’ requirements. The bidder must have staff with the relevant professional qualifications and ensure they are instructed in occupational safety, electrical safety and fire safety. The bid must remain valid for at least 90 days. Goods and services of Russian or Belarusian origin may not be used in contract performance.
