Full-service car rental

Summary

The tender concerns full-service rental of new passenger cars and vans for 36 months. Lot 1 covers 24 small passenger cars, lot 2 covers 6 medium vans and lot 3 covers 7 small vans. The bidder must be able to supply new vehicles meeting the requirements, provide maintenance, repairs, tyre changes and storage, insurance, replacement vehicles and 24/7 assistance. The vehicles are subject to detailed technical, environmental and equipment requirements, and the bid must include documents confirming the WLTP data.
