Development of a methodology for calculating farmers’ losses

Summary

The tender concerns the development of a legally robust methodology for recognising crises in agriculture and calculating the resulting losses at sector and farm level. The work includes defining common crisis-identification criteria, calculation algorithms and formulas, and adapting the methodology to different farming models. The contract is for services, lasts 10 months from contract signature, and is not divided into lots. The bidder must submit the offer electronically in Latvian, using the required forms, and must comply with the qualification, team, experience and document-submission requirements set out in the tender documents.
