Noise studies

Summary

The tender concerns noise studies and noise impact analysis services to be carried out using validated Doc.29 models. The bidder must perform analyses for Schiphol Airport, where prior experience is mandatory, and for regional airports, where prior experience is an advantage. The work includes modelling planned changes to the LVNL ATM system, calculating their effects on noise exposure, describing the methodology and results in reports, and presenting/explaining the results in Dutch. The bidder must also provide advisory services on noise exposure around Dutch airports. Award criteria are quality at 70% and price at 30%.
