Request for Tender for Establishment of a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of Arts and Cultural Policy Development, and Community and Cultural Infrastructure Planning and Consultancy

Summary

The tender concerns arts and cultural policy development, and community and cultural infrastructure planning and consultancy services for Dublin City Council throughout the life of the framework agreement. The successful tenderer must be able to provide policy advice, planning support, research, feasibility studies, communications, stakeholder engagement, governance, management and design support, and help develop implementation strategies aligned with the Dublin City Development Plan 2022–2028 and the City Arts Plan 2025–2029. A 4-year framework agreement will be set up with up to 5 operators, and the first call-off will be for a policy for art in the public realm. The project is subject to funding.
