Framework agreement - Vegetation management and line clearance

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for vegetation management and line clearance linked to operation and maintenance of the distribution network in the Dalane region. The work covers all four Dalane municipalities: Eigersund, Bjerkreim, Lund and Sokndal. The aim is to secure a stable and safe electricity supply through systematic clearing along power lines and to handle urgent clearing needs in error or emergency situations. The contracting authority is Dalane Energi AS, acting on behalf of Enida AS and Dalane Kraft AS. Separate contracts will be signed with each company, and the authority may award them to different tenderers. A bidder should be prepared to show financial capacity, relevant forestry and/or line-clearing experience, quality assurance routines, climate and environmental routines, legal establishment and registration, tax compliance, and HSE compliance for work in Norway.
