Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for hostile environment awareness training (HEAT) courses. The courses are intended to ensure that personnel receive the necessary security training before service, assignment or travel to areas affected by armed conflict, instability or increased security risk. The detailed scope is described in Annex B (requirement specification).
