Summary

The tender concerns a public service delegation for the operation of the Vendres waste recovery site and the delivery of improvement works. The contractor will be expected to design, finance and carry out the operation of several waste transfer, sorting and crushing facilities, manage professional waste disposal and treatment, upgrade the transfer buildings to comply with standards, update the site’s administrative status, and pursue circular-economy performance and extended producer responsibility objectives. The contract runs for 10 years and 4 months from 1 January 2027, with a handover period from 1 January 2027 to 30 April 2027 and service delivery starting on 1 May 2027. A mandatory site visit is required. Bids and application documents must be submitted together. The bidder may apply alone or in a group, subject to the rules on multiple participation and confidentiality.
