Summary

The tender concerns the supply, implementation and integration of a comprehensive IT security solution (EDR, XDR, MDR) for the City of Marl, together with support services provided by a Security Operations Center (SOC). The solution must cover about 1,400 endpoints (clients/servers) and 2,500 AD users, and also include risk and vulnerability management, patch management and disk encryption. The contractor must deliver the project by 30 September 2026, with at least the go-live operation of EDR secured by that date. The contract term is at least 3 years, with one possible extension of 1 additional year. The contractor must also train the authority’s administrators. To participate, the bidder must submit the required tender forms and declarations, prove registration or lawful professional activity, meet turnover, reference, staffing, language, insurance, ISO/C5 and manufacturer-partner requirements, and confirm the exclusion grounds declarations.
