Household help (WMO)

Summary

The tender concerns household help services under the Dutch WMO framework. The municipalities of Dantumadiel, Noardeast-Fryslân and Ameland are jointly procuring support for residents who are not sufficiently self-reliant in managing a household and in functioning and participating independently in society. This is a framework agreement with an estimated value of about EUR 8.5 million per year, a planned duration of 5 years and the option to extend it up to 2 times by 12 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically, and e-invoicing is required. Price is not the only award criterion; the award also considers area-based and cooperative working, care frequency and technology, promoting self-reliance and vitality, and linking with existing support services.
