Summary

This is a framework agreement for comprehensive consultancy services for Boligselskabet Sjælland. The consultant must be able to provide technical advice throughout all phases of construction projects, especially major renovation, transformation and new-build projects for social housing. The contract covers projects above DKK 41 million excluding VAT, while smaller projects will be procured under a separate framework agreement. The authority expects to appoint three consultants. The bidder must meet financial thresholds, provide at least one relevant reference, and show experience in comprehensive consultancy, renovation or transformation of social housing, applications for approved master plans, professional supervision and construction management. Up to five references may be submitted, and the references must be completed and no older than 5 years.
