Service for the continuation of brand-based quality management in tourism for 2027–2030

Summary

The tender concerns a service provider for the continuation of brand-based quality management in tourism for 2027–2030. The contractor will provide brand-based quality consulting and certifications/classifications for hospitality businesses under the quality systems “Reisen für Alle”, “Hessen à la carte” and “Deutsche Hotelklassifizierung”, and will also support implementation of the Strategic Marketing Plan SMP 2025+. The bidder must submit at least three references for comparable services carried out within the last three years. The references must show experience in a qualified network in the German tourism sector, established structures among German tourism service providers, and proven market knowledge of the German tourism sector. For each reference, the bidder must state the service name, service period and client name, and briefly describe the project. The bidder must also complete the participation application form and provide declarations on turnover for the last three completed financial years, average annual workforce for the last three completed financial years, rights and licences for the relevant quality management and certification systems in Hesse, and possession of a qualified IT system plus data processing and customer-acquisition database. The bidder must also confirm availability for urgent meetings in Wiesbaden within four hours. In addition, professional or business liability insurance with a locally customary coverage amount, membership in a professional association, a MiLoG § 20 commitment to comply with applicable collective agreements and the statutory minimum wage, and a declaration regarding the EU sanctions package related to Russia are required.
