Supply of uniform items for the Kraków Municipal Guard

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of uniform items for the Kraków Municipal Guard. The contract is divided into 27 lots, covering field uniforms, shirts, caps, footwear, outerwear, tactical accessories and related items. Bidders may submit an offer for any number of lots. The bidder must provide samples and documents proving that the offered items match the required uniform patterns and technical description. For lots 1–3 and 14, fabric samples of at least 15 cm x 15 cm are required together with a certificate, attestation or other proof of compliance. For lot 1, individual measurements will be taken at the contracting authority’s premises or by another agreed method. The bidder must also show technical or professional ability by proving at least one relevant delivery in the last 3 years, or during the period of activity if shorter. The reference delivery must be for uniforms or uniform items for municipal guards, state forests, the army, police, fire services or other uniformed services, and must meet the value required for the lot concerned. The offer must include the required forms, declarations, powers of attorney where applicable, and documents for joint bidders or third-party resources.
