Construction works for a new marina bosmanate in Gdynia

Summary

The tender concerns the design and construction of a new marina bosmanate for Marina Gdynia, together with facilities for sailing clubs, on municipal land in Gdynia. The contract is carried out in two stages: first, preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation and obtaining the required building permit or equivalent clearance; second, execution of the construction works, multidisciplinary author’s supervision, and obtaining the occupancy permit.
