Compliance requirements

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must submit the details of a competent person with the offer. The required role is construction site manager, level 5: name, professional qualification and certificate number. On the contracting authority’s request, a written consent to participate in the performance of the works must also be provided. The bidder must prove that, within the last 60 months as of the publication date, it has carried out at least one similar work in the field of surface restoration that has been approved and/or found compliant. For the similar works, a list must be submitted with the value, contract dates, details of the other contracting parties, and a reference or link to the prepared development plan or strategy; in the case of a public procurement, the reference numbers must also be shown.
