Summary

The tender concerns legal services for the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority. The contract is divided into two separate sub-areas: labour law, and privacy/public procurement and related legal areas. One tenderer will be selected for each sub-area, and bids may be submitted for one or both sub-areas. A framework agreement will be concluded for 2 years, with the option to extend it by one year at a time, up to two times. The procedure is open, and tenders will be evaluated among qualified bidders only.
