Summary

The tender concerns the hire or purchase of modular temporary school premises for Hunndalen secondary school. The supplier must provide a complete modular school with teaching areas, group rooms, special rooms, administration areas, workspaces, libraries and storage areas, in line with the attached room and function requirements. Physical education will take place outside the modular school. The system is planned for a 24-month use period, with start-up in June 2027, and there are options for earlier establishment and monthly extension of the hire period. The delivery must comply with TEK17, environmental health regulations, workplace regulations and other relevant technical and authority requirements. If construction work is involved, the builder regulations apply. The contractor must complete the installation, technical completion and operational testing at least four weeks before start-up, and document energy performance, reuse systems and operational efficiency. The bidder must meet the stated qualification requirements on registration, tax compliance, financial capacity, quality assurance, environmental management and relevant experience. The notice also contains many exclusion grounds that the bidder must confirm against.
