The tender concerns the supply of active net low-voltage electricity and the role of balancing group coordinator for the needs of the Regional Health Insurance Fund in Blagoevgrad. The contractor must also prepare the registration documents for the buyer’s site on the free electricity market, register the site, include the buyer as an indirect member of the contractor’s balancing group, and provide energy monitoring, consumption forecasting and hourly schedules. The estimated quantity is 90 MWh, but the buyer is not obliged to consume it. The bidder must hold the required electricity trading licence, be registered with ESO as an electricity trader and balancing group coordinator with active status, and have at least one similar contract from the last 3 years covering at least 90 MWh.
