Summary
The tender concerns the selection of a future-proof IT Service Management solution that will support HLTsamen’s ICT services effectively and fit the organisation’s scale and development ambitions. The solution is based on ITIL principles and best practices and should contribute to standardisation, manageability and further digitalisation of services. It should also increase users’ self-sufficiency and fit the existing application landscape. This restricted procedure is in the selection phase, where a limited number of suitable candidates are chosen based on their vision, product direction and experience. The contract concerns an organisation with around 500 end users and about 60 ITSM handlers.
