Repair and maintenance services for central heating systems – Fixed-term contract for the operation, maintenance and upkeep of district heating systems

Summary

The tender concerns the operation, maintenance and upkeep of 182 district heating systems for the central heating and hot water supply of 11,666 residential and commercial units with about 792,400 m² of connected living and usable area, mainly in Mitte, Reinickendorf, Charlottenburg, Steglitz, Spandau and Falkensee. The contract covers the district heating stations and related plant components; the heating-side pipe network and radiators inside the rental units are not part of the contract. Maintenance work, such as repairs to district heating stations, pumps and fittings, is limited to EUR 2,500 gross per individual case; larger individual measures will generally be procured separately.
