AVID production systems products, services and support services

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for AVID production systems, covering products, related services, maintenance and support services, and subscription-based licences. Under the contract, new AVID products may be procured, existing systems may be updated, upgraded and consolidated, and services may be ordered at WDR sites. The framework agreement is intended to cover the need without any purchase obligation; the aim is to conclude a 48-month contract with the economically most advantageous bidder, starting on 1 January 2027. The maximum possible total volume is EUR 4.15 million.
