Summary

The tender concerns physical access control systems for properties of the Lapland wellbeing services county, together with related equipment, consumables, software and services. A framework agreement will be awarded to the three best bidders with an acceptable tender. In principle, orders will be placed according to the framework agreement ranking, but a mini-competition may also be used where appropriate. Partial tenders and variant tenders are not accepted. The contract term is 24 months starting on 1 September 2026, and the contract includes two 12-month option periods.
